As we saw in our 2022 Year in Review Housing Report, home prices continue to rise across South Florida. The average selling price for a home hit $682,174 by year’s end, an increase of 7.5% compared to 2021.
Here is a list of the most expensive towns in South Florida in 2022:
1. Golden Beach
